Poor sleep adversely affects every aspect of our health impacting our lives in multiple ways.
Insomnia can be utterly demoralising and destructive, creating a circular pattern of poor health and worsening sleep with decreased quality of life.
The good news is that the contributing factors to poor sleep are within our control. When we take control we can create a positive pattern of optimising sleep for improved health and better life quality.

The Sleep Dynamics course runs over an 8 week period. It involves 6 x 60 minute modules that focus on sleep health and making lifestyle changes whilst integrating the use of the Zeez Sleep Pebble. The Zeez Sleep Pebble prompts and promotes natural deep sleep through brain wave coherence.
